Terms of Service
Who we are
Growth OS (growthos.store) is software for local businesses: a free check of your online presence, a business page, posting to your social accounts, finding new customers and paid ads. You can reach us at info@growthos.store or on WhatsApp.
Your account
You must be allowed to act for the business you add. Keep your login safe; what is done from your account is your responsibility.
Plans and payment
The free plan costs nothing. The full plan is a monthly subscription paid in advance. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also issues the receipt and handles tax. The price is shown on the prices page before you pay. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
Special offer
The special offer is for a limited time and can end without notice. Whoever subscribes while it runs keeps its price for their first 6 months. After that the subscription continues at the normal price shown on the prices page.
Free trial
A new business gets the full plan free for 14 days, without a card. When the trial ends you stay on the free plan unless you subscribe; nothing is charged by itself.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings, Your plan. You keep the full plan until the end of the month you paid for, then you move to the free plan. Payments are not refunded except as the refund policy says.
Paid ads
Ad money is separate from the subscription. Before you pay for a campaign you see the ad budget and our service fee. Each ad network's own rules apply, and no number of customers is guaranteed.
Your content and accounts
Your posts, photos and customer lists stay yours. You allow us to post them to the accounts you link and to send the messages you ask for. Follow each platform's rules and the law: no spam and no messages to people who asked you to stop.
Estimates
The money and customers the check says you lose are estimates, with their basis shown under each number. They are not a promise of results.
Service and liability
We work to keep Growth OS running, but we can't promise it never stops, and other platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) can change or stop their services. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we tell you before any price change. Using Growth OS after a change means you accept it. These terms follow the laws of the State of Qatar.
