Refund policy
Try it free before you pay
Every business gets the full plan free for 14 days before any payment, so payments are not refunded. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays until the end of the month you paid for and is not renewed.
When we do refund
If you were charged by mistake or twice for the same month, or where the law of your country requires a refund, we refund it in full.
Failed payment
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle tries again over the next days and you keep the plan meanwhile. If it keeps failing, the account moves to the free plan; nothing you made is deleted.
Ad money
Ad budget that was not spent is returned to your Growth OS balance or refunded, as shown on the campaign page. Money already spent on the ad networks can't be refunded.
How to ask
Message us at info@growthos.store or on WhatsApp, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the same card through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 days.
